Tori holds Uke's clothes with both hands.
Uke strikes with the right arm over Toris one arm and sticks it down between the arms towards the left arm to do the Morote Uchi Uke. This will make Tori loose the balance a little and Toris head goes forward to one side.
Uke steping forward to the Senkosu dachi is to take care of Toris balance by pushing his arm to the side in which the head went. From here Uke puts the left arm around Toris head and grab the ear (or fish hooking), takes a step back to Shiko dachi and do the Gedan barai without letting the ear go. Tori falls to the ground backwards.
